Initial training: One week’s initial training on shop set-up, product and sales training, purchasing, administration, point-of-sale training and product brand support training. Product training shall take place at suppliers in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Ongoing training: Ongoing training from time to time, as required, as the business system develops and in order to stay abreast of developments and changes in the industry. In addition, senior personnel of the franchisor shall continuously advise and assist franchisees with regards to marketing and advertising.
An astute business person with at least a matric certificate, with good managerial and selling skills; self-discipline, performance-motivation and commitment; a positive attitude, energy and drive; the ability to generate new ideas to increase sales; a vision to expand the business; exceptional communication skills; good administrative skills; and the ability to achieve sales budgets.
